We want you to love your Halloween order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email us at yusmelreve@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, pet costumes that have been worn by an animal and used decorations/consumables (such as candy bags) cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
